Yes, you read that right. Rosé…in a can. One thing that I have found out about putting wine in a can…you have to use really good wine to do it well. Good quality grapes and low intervention wine making are imperative. Finally, minimal use of sulfur is a must. Too much sulfur and the aromas become a bit…ripe, for lack of a more polite term. 

Amble + Chase make this wine using 40% Grenache, 40% Syrah and 10% Cinsault from 30 year old hillside vineyards. The complexity and freshness of this wine will surprise you. This is one of my favorite rosés. It has a beautiful salmon color and flavors of strawberries and grapefruit.
